Going iPhone
Zonble and I have just released our first iPhone app on Apple’s AppStore: .
It’s a mobile expense tracker meant for financially fastidious and global trotters. I have been using Excel for tracking my expenses for the past 14 years (with the last 12 non-stop). Now finally I have the perfect hardware and software to do it on the road.
TapExpense doesn’t mean to replace Excel. It’s designed as the collector of information. And that’s why we choose to offer the option to export the data as an .CSV-formatted, plain-text e-mail.
At the moment we’re overwhelmed by the excitement of having been able to be part of this historical launch. We’ll write more about our app and about being part of the big wave.
Meanwhile, TapExpense is USD 4.99 per copy worldwide. We have actually completed a version 1.1 and submitted to the AppStore. It might take some time before it eventually shows up, as the line of applications waiting to be in might be just as long as the line outside Apple Store NYC. When v1.1 is released, the upgrade will be free.
Do let us know how you like it if you’ve bought it–and let us know how we can make it better. Drop us a line at: service {at} lithoglyph {dot} com.
There are so many things happening around. Stay tuned! (And following tweets is also a good idea!)
